Photo of Bob KerrBorn in Des Moines, Iowa, Robert Kerr, Jr. moved to Arizona with his family and graduated from Horizon High School in Phoenix. He has an Associate in Arts (AA) degree from Paradise Valley Community College.

After a number of jobs that included production manager for Motorola and catering manager at Eddie’s Grill, Bob decided to try something totally different and moved his young family to the beautiful White Mountains in northeastern Arizona. He actually found the property that is now Hidden Meadow Ranch in 1997, when he was searching for a base of operations for a back-country snowboarding operation. In December 1998, Bob and his family began managing the Aspen Meadow Ranch as a small church camp and family reunion location. He was managing the property when it was discovered by the Bolingers in July 2000. When the Bolingers along with Jeanne and Gary Herberger purchased the property in December 2000, Bob joined Greenbrier Southwest Corporation as Ranch Manager.

He is responsible for all physical property of the Ranch, including utilities and buildings. In addition, Bob oversees the Ranch’s horse operations, recreational activities and Club and Lodge development. Bob lives in Lakeside, Arizona, with wife Ana and daughters Zella and Mia.
