After a number of jobs that included production manager for Motorola and catering manager at Eddie’s Grill, Mr. Kerr decided to try something totally different and moved his young family to the beautiful White Mountains in eastern Arizona. He actually found the property that is now Hidden Meadow Ranch in 1997, when he was searching for a base of operations for a back-country snowboarding operation. In December 1998, Mr. Kerr and his family began managing the Aspen Meadow Ranch as a small church camp and family reunion location. He was managing the property when it was discovered by Tim and Casey Bolinger, principals of Greenbrier Southwest Corporation, in July 2000. When the Bolingers along with Jeanne and Gary Herberger purchased the property in December 2000, Mr. Kerr joined Greenbrier Southwest Corporation as Ranch Manager, responsible for all physical property of what is now known as Hidden Meadow Ranch, including all utility systems, roads, fences and buildings

In 2006, he was promoted to General Manager – Ranch Operations and Development, overseeing the Ranch’s horse operations and recreational activities as well as Club and Lodge development. In 2008, Mr. Kerr was named Vice President – Development for Greenbrier Southwest Corporation, with responsibility for HMR Builders and all Ranch development and construction activities. He lives in Lakeside, Arizona, with his wife and two daughters.
