Though the struggling U.S. economy has affected quite a few big-name developments locally, the slowdown doesn't seem to be hurting one of the Northwest Side's most ambitious projects.
In fact, those affiliated with construction of the Ritz-Carlton resort in Dove Mountain say, other projects' losses are their gains.

The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club features a 50,000-square-foot clubhouse complex, complete with a pool, tennis center, supervised Ritz Kids program, state-of-the-art fitness center, steward-serviced private locker rooms, a double-ended practice facility, and several dining venues.

It's official: Marana will have a place where fashion sits — its very own Ritz.
Developers and officials with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co. LLC are publicly confirming what has been perhaps the worst-kept secret in Pima County — that a Ritz-Carlton is coming to Dove Mountain.
