The 27-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature facility has been recognized in GOLF Magazine’s Best New Public Courses, Golf Week Magazine’s Best New Courses and Best Resort Golf Cours-es, LINKS Magazine’s Best for Resort Lifestyle, and won first place in Golf, Inc. magazine’s Clubhouse Competition, Private Clubs.

Under the Woodbine Southwest Corporation banner, Greenbrier Southwest managed the master planning, entitlements, financing, development and marketing of the 730-acre Kierland community and the 27-hole Kierland Golf Club, a joint venture between Woodbine Development Corporation and the Herberger family of Phoenix.
