About Commodore Perry Estate

Greenbrier Southwest is currently the project manager for development of the Commodore Perry Estate in Austin, Texas. The 10-acre estate on Waller Creek in the Hancock neighborhood, just north of the University of Texas campus, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is one of Austin’s most significant architectural landmarks. The 10,800-square-foot historic mansion, chapel and formal gardens are being restored and re-envisioned as an urban retreat for club members and guests of the 49-room Auberge hotel being constructed on the grounds.
